Policies
I understand that life happens, and plans may need to change. Below is my policy regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds to ensure fairness for both parties.


Payment Structure 
• Deposit: 50% of the total session fee is due at the time of booking to secure your date and time.
• Remaining Balance: The remaining 50% is due on the day of the photoshoot.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled shoot – Your deposit is fully refundable or can be applied as credit toward a future session.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the shoot – The deposit is non-refundable, as time has already been set aside for your session. However, you may reschedule once at no additional cost.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations – The deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another session.

Rescheduling Policy
• Rescheduling is allowed once at no extra charge, provided you notify me at least 48 hours in advance.
• Reschedules requested within 48 hours of the shoot will incur a $30 rescheduling fee, as this short notice impacts scheduling and preparation.

Late Arrivals
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session time may be reduced accordingly.
• If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your session may be canceled without a refund.

Weather
• If your session is outdoors and weather conditions prevent shooting, we will reschedule at no additional cost.
• If you choose to cancel instead of rescheduling, the deposit is non-refundable.

Editing & Delivery
• I do not provide RAW or unedited images, as editing is part of my creative process.

Usage & Copyright
• As the photographer, I retain the copyright to all images. Clients may use the photos for personal use, social media, and printing.
• If you’d like commercial or promotional rights to your images, licensing options are available.
